At Multiaxis, we take great pride in providing our valued customers top-notch online engineering technical support and solutions. As a small company, our primary focus is on our current and future customers, and how we can enhance their experience when working with us.
We are a product-specific reseller for Autodesk's CAMplete TruePath, CAMplete TurnMill, and Fusion 360. We have also been working closely with the CAMplete team for almost two decades, contributing to the creation of these software tools that are now available to all users worldwide. CAMplete's suite of software tools is highly specialized to support specific machine tools. In the past, we used to sell machine modules directly, but we found that this approach was not in the best interest of our customers who purchase machines we support. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our customers are always satisfied, which is why we have continuously improved their experience when working with Multiaxis, Methods Machine Tools, and Autodesk. All software subscriptions through Multiaxis include full access to all available machine modules that we currently have on file for both CAMplete TruePath and CAMplete TurnMill. This also includes full access to the open library of modules from other products outside of Methods Machine Tools. Both CAMplete TruePath 2024 & CAMplete TurnMill 2024 has been released and available for all our active customers. This can be accessed through your contract manager or directly from our support site.
For any additional information, contact our support group Nakamura's B-axis turning centers can be equipped with milling spindle speed configurations ranging from 8 to 20k RPM. Depending on the speeds programmed, acceleration and deceleration between operations can effect the final process estimated time.
With this in mind, we have recently added the ability to account for this timing. If you are looking for more accuracy in estimated cycle time for your B-axis Nakamura machines, contact Multiaxis today. Fusion 360 is a very powerful CAD software, and can seam a little overwhelming in the beginning. There are some best practices to get a good model and too many videos available online.
Just like you, we had to learn this software and have added five key tutorials you can reference for an effective learning experience. These short and easy to understand tutorials focus on 2D & 3D modeling, body geometry, components, and creating assemblies. Whether your new to Fusion or want to brush up on your CAD skills, check out e-Learning 101 for Fusion 360 and head straight to the review series. We have added support for the HM-X6000 from Yasda. Fusion 360's manufacturing space continues to improve. New geometry selection tools have been added for chain, face contours, pockets, pocket recognition, silhouette, and sketch profiles. For additional information, access our Fusion e-learning 102 lesson 5.
We have added Autodesk's AutoCAD LT to our e-Store for customers looking for a low cost solution for 2D drafting, design, and documentation.
We have some excellent news to share with you! In 2021 we introduced our complete mill and turn software series. This offering was designed to provide a complete CAD/CAM, advanced machine simulation, post processing, and optimization solution using both CAMplete and Fusion 360.
As of today, these combined offerings, and now the machining extension, are included on all active CAMplete subscriptions. This includes our legacy users. Questions? Contact Us Today Starting on January 1, 2023 our partner accounts will be reset. Contact our support group to enable your account.
