  • The custom persona feature now supports new functionalities, requiring an admin reset for upgrades.
  • Advanced inference tools such as limitless, overlap, and translation are now restricted to admin access, with basic tools like optimize, summarize, and email remaining in the default configuration.
  • The expand function has been enhanced with a Quality of Life feature that allows pushing results to HTML format with options to print and save directly into the document library.
  • Auto-update settings can be adjusted in the settings menu but need an admin profile to disable the default setting.
  • A new query reasoning feature helps manage data responses and prompts users to command 'Continue Arlo' if context exceeds window size.
  • Advanced temperature controls for AI management also require admin access.
  • User logging is now implemented.
  • e-learning tutorials will continue to be updated on the LMS.

  2. Onboarding Process: To activate the Bundled Software, customers must complete the onboarding process within 30 days of purchase. If more time is needed, a grace period can be requested by notifying Multiaxis in advance.
  3. License and Usage: The Bundled Software is licensed, not sold, to customers. It is intended solely for internal business operations with the purchased machine tool. Unauthorized distribution or modification is prohibited.
  4. Technical Support: We provide technical support during the onboarding phase, including installation assistance and troubleshooting, to ensure seamless integration with your machine tool.
  5. Exceptions: Exceptions to the onboarding timeline may be considered for customers with legitimate reasons for delay, subject to approval by Multiaxis management.
