File Upload

Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure experience:

1. ​Use Compatible File Formats: When uploading documents, make sure they are in commonly used formats.
2. Keep File Sizes Reasonable: Try to keep your file sizes under 50MB to ensure quick upload and download times. If your files are larger, consider compressing them or splitting them into smaller parts.
3. Label Files Clearly: Use descriptive file names that include the date and a brief description of the content. 
4. Avoid Uploading Confidential Information: Do not upload files that contain highly sensitive personal or financial information, unless necessary and authorized.​
5. Do Not Overwrite Shared Files: When uploading new versions of documents, try not to overwrite files that others might still need. Consider versioning or renaming the new files to maintain a clear history.​​
